Crisp and bright, aromas of green apple and shaved almond. Bone dry. Very pale, dry, light, extraordinarily fragrant and delicate on the palate. Perfect as an aperitif with tapas, such as Manchego cheese, olives and salted almonds. Excellent with cured ham and fresh shellfish and seafood.
